摘要：本研究旨在探讨黑龙江省农镇进一步协调发展问题。本文通过对乡镇现状的分析，找出了乡镇协调问题及其成因。为此，利用共生理论构建了研究框架，并从共生单元的整合、共生界面的优化、共生模式的选择和共生环境的构建等方面提出了共生发展策略。

Abstract:This study focuses on the further well-coordinated development of farms and towns in Heilongjiang, China. In this research paper, we identified coordination problems and their causes through an analysis of the present status of farms and towns. For this purpose, a research framework was constructed using symbiosis theory, and a symbiotic development strategy was proposed to address the integration of the symbiotic unit, the optimization of the symbiotic interface, the selection of the symbiotic mode and the construction of the symbiotic environment.
